Job Description:
The Quality Analyst position at CACI is a full-time position that directly supports national security and suitability investigations, focusing on quality control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate BI quality performance based on applicable BI policies and procedures.
Serve as a customer liaison; thoroughly research and respond to external and internal quality control checks.
Maintain an excellent understanding of customer and company issued policy and procedural guidance.
Understand the essential functions of field and review department positions; prepare and send written communications to these departments as well as the customer.
Identify integrity, compliance, security, or quality concerns raised during the course of an investigation and escalate to the appropriate parties when necessary.
Support various internal departments with understanding and executing policy and resource guidance; interpretation of customer issued guidance and contract requirements; and responding to customer requests and process improvements.
Manage daily workload, prioritizing based on customer and business needs; participate in all mandatory meetings; communicate customer, business, department, and individual goals on a consistent basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

U.S. Citizenship (a requirement for a federal security clearance).
Must possess (and maintain) a current favorably adjudicated T5/5R federal investigation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in conducting Federal background investigations and/or reviewing Federal background investigation reports of investigation.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrate advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Highly detail-oriented, excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and/or reprioritize daily tasks based on the needs of the customer, business, and/or your team; and remain flexible and receptive to changes resulting from customer or business needs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize patterns, trends and/or issues, identify key findings, determine conclusions, and communicate all relevant information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face; ability to establish and promote a team-oriented work environment; and maintain an energetic positive-mind with the ability to foster relationships with and amongst your team and colleagues.
Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and “can-do” attitude with a sense of mission in support of national security.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with a desk-work environment.
Must sit or stand to work at a computer, read and type for long periods of time.
Maintain visual ability including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and to adjust focus while reading words and numbers.
Speak and hear sufficiently to communicate in person and over the phone.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,800-$104,500
