Description:As part of the Lockheed Martin Supply Chain Transformation, Enterprise Operations Supply Chain is seeking an experienced candidate in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) organization. This SRM position will lead the business strategy & execution for two or more of the Corporation’s critical middle-tier suppliers.
This position will lead the development and deployment of the global sourcing strategy for the assigned middle-tier suppliers to maximize enterprise supply chain leverage to increase affordability, improve operational performance, and realize new business opportunities. The selected Candidate will be expected to collaborate with Lockheed Martin business areas and lead cross functional team members from those business area to execute the supplier strategy.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement comprehensive SRM strategies to drive business outcomes and supplier performance improvement
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, including senior level interactions
Develop and manage supplier scorecards and performance metrics to measure supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
Establish strategic action plans and lead execution
Complete SRM standard work
Gather & Analyze Supplier Data and Performance Metrics to inform strategic decision making
Execute GTA/LTA Agreements
Develop ‘Get to Excellence/Return to Green’ plans, as required
Conduct competitive analysis and identify leverage opportunities to improve performance, affordability, and business growth
Coordinates with Corporate Strategy & business areas to ensure SRM approaches are aligned with strategic capabilities and competitive strategies
– Develop Supplier engagement plans and communication plans – partnering with BA’s

Support internal & external SRM business rhythms

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with professional experience
-10+ years’ Experience – Program Management, Subcontract Program Management, Operations Management, or related experience

Experience leading projects and cross functional teams
Strong and proven leadership skills
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize / strong organizational skills to handle overlapping projects simultaneously

Strong communication and listening skills; ability to establish new relationships
Sound financial knowledge for creating business cases and in evaluating cost
Effective presentation and proficient public speaking skills
Ability to present to senior & executive leadership teams
Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources and develop concrete solution(s)/plans
Ability and willingness to engage new or unfamiliar parties from across LM Business Areas, Programs and Functions as well as with assigned suppliers to drive project results
Experience solving complex problems
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships

Experience negotiating, contracting, managing or otherwise interfacing with Major Lockheed Martin Suppliers, US Government or International Customers
Strong understanding and experience with distribution suppliers
Demonstrated business / financial acumen
Knowledge of one or more Lockheed Martin business areas
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategy Development & Execution
Experience using P2P and/or SAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $141,300 – $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 – $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
