Job Summary
Power Dental Studio Dental Lab, located outside of Chicago, is seeking talented Dental Quality Control Specialist/Designers to join our expert team! This role is responsible for both clinical work and related workflow. This role handles digital designs and quality control, Customer support calls and interactions, interacts with the US digital team and the global digital team. The DQCS contributes to Customer retention while working cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including sales, production and Customer service.
Duties
Quality Control (QC) for Stage 0 and Stage 1/2 Cases – Perform same-day QC on all Stage 0 and Stage 1/2 cases uploaded by the India team to ensure accuracy and timely return to doctors.
Staining and Glazing of PMMA/Printed Temporaries – Apply stain and glaze to PMMA and printed temporary restorations to enhance their natural appearance and esthetics.
Cementing Cases – Cement dental cases as required, ensuring proper fit and durability of the prosthesis.
Provide clinical support for the Sales Team.
Contribute to customer success from the clinical perspective.
Responsible for quality controlling Stage 2 Finals.
Employ problem-solving skills to find good solutions and answer customer needs.
Troubleshoot products and services using available resources.
Build on existing customer and client relationships to create a culture and expectation of trust and reliability at the Company.
Use the appropriate de-escalation techniques on phone calls with clients and customers.
Actively participant in training and learning opportunities within the Company on an on-going basis.
Utilize internal software, databases, scripts, and work tools responsibly that are appropriate to the needs of each Customer interaction that ensure proper service and record keeping.
Partner with team members as needed.
Use active listening skills to identify Customer needs, concerns, and complaints.
Employ problem-solving skills to find effective solutions and address Customer needs.
Troubleshoot products and services using available resources to resolve issues efficiently.
Create new Customer and Client relationships that are productive and resourceful.
Use appropriate de-escalation techniques on phone calls with Clients and Customers to maintain positive interactions.
Display a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration in all tasks and interactions.
Demonstrate the ability to learn and see the big picture in Company operations and Customer service.
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle complex situations effectively.
Deliver excellent Customer service to both internal and external Clients consistently.
Display a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs and priorities that provides support in other production areas of the lab as needed.
Maintain confidentiality with all Company-related information.
Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Manager as need and/or required.
