We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mid Manual QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools
Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
️ Assist in improving testing processes and methodologies
Report on testing progress and results clearly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in manual QA testing (API)
✅ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
✅ Proficient in writing clear, concise test cases and documentation
✅ Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
✅ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
✅ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
