We are a Chicago-based digital transformation consulting firm seeking experienced Manual QA Engineers to support long-term projects in the healthcare, wellness, and insurance industries. This is a full-time contract, remote opportunity for candidates located in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, or Argentina.
Responsibilities
Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications
Write and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and documentation
Testing of both web and mobile (both iOS & Android)
Use tools like TestRails and Jira for test and project management
Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows and ceremonies
Review project requirements and translate them into test scenarios
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on manual QA experience
Previous mobile testing on physical iOS & Android devices
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
Experience with cross-browser/platform testing
Familiarity with Agile development processes
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
