The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced RN to join our team as a Part-Time Quality Assurance Nurse. In this role, you’ll play a key part in reviewing and improving nursing documentation, care plans, and staff performance to ensure we continue delivering exceptional home care services.
What You’ll Do:
Review nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with physician orders
Evaluate and provide feedback on nursing care plans for effectiveness
Support nursing supervisors in staff coaching and performance improvement
Assist in developing training materials and updates related to new protocols
Collaborate with nursing staff to enhance quality and consistency in care delivery
What You Bring:
Active RN license in New Jersey
Pediatric nursing experience (required)
Familiarity with Cubhub software and durable medical equipment (required)
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in an office environment
