Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle cross-functional CRs, prepare & archive change documents.
- Resolve production process defects, organize cross-team RCA & CAPA.
- Handle customer complaints, returns & audits, issue 8D reports and track improvements.
- Complete other quality & change tasks assigned by Manager.
- Protect the information assets of this position.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Education And Qualifications
- Associate degree or above with mechanical or related major.
- Familiar with the IATF16949 requirement.
- Good written English and communication skills
- Word, Excel and PPT office tool requirement.
- First time right thinking.
