We are seeking a NetSuite QA Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on testing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NetSuite’s standard functionalities and a solid understanding of end-to-end business process testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test cases for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes in NetSuite
Validate standard NetSuite functionalities and workflows to ensure system integrity
Identify, document, and track bugs or discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business users
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing cycles
Prepare QA documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably with NetSuite ERP
Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes
Experience working with standard NetSuite functionality
Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Thorough understanding of vendor onboarding, customer onboarding and Supply Chain business flows.
Expert in test design, planning, executing, and reporting release quality for SaaS applications.
Knowledge in API Testing.
Preferred:
NetSuite certification or prior experience on NetSuite ERP QA projects
Experience working with teams based in different time zones
