About the role:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure organizational efficiency across departments, and who will:
Lead and streamline business operations across departments
Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals and KPIs and ensure they are met.
Manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement among employees.
Analyze workflows, report on metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Oversee budgets, resource planning, and risk management initiatives.
Attend weekly and monthly meetings with employees.
Evaluate the performance of assigned team members periodically, and ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations, management, or business management.
Fluent in oral and written English language communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field. (MBA a plus).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, project management platforms).
Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong advantage.
