LMRV is currently hiring for a Orientation Technician to join our growing team. As an Orientation Technician, your role is to impress the buyer at delivery by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, timely transaction.
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Walk through the RV with the Delivery Coordinator or Manager the day before orientation to ensure all items on the due bill are completed.
Inspect the RV for cleanliness and detail to meet our standards.
Before customer orientation, verify that all demonstrated items function properly.
Prepare a list of recommended accessories during the initial walkthrough to suggest during orientation.
Conduct customer orientation.
Review the orientation folder with the customer.
Maintain a positive, influential personality, and collaborate fairly and diligently with each department.
Requirements:
Complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
