- Document quality control metrics and packing logs to ensure process transparency.
- Identify and escalate product discrepancies to minimize waste and improve overall output quality.
- Support operational excellence by participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in packing, quality assurance, or industrial manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reading tape measures and utilizing basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot minor process issues.
