Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control:
Track and manage raw materials, air filters, and finished products using our inventory system.
Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and discrepancy checks to prevent material loss or theft.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update inventory logs using barcode scanning and software tools.
Quality Management
Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet quality control standards.
Ensure all inventory and production processes comply with company SOPs.
Identify and report defective or non-compliant materials/products.
Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements.
Security & Compliance
Enforce inventory security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or theft.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately.
Work with management to maintain quality and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or quality assurance (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management software (training provided if needed).
Ability to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed.
Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.
