Peterson Cartridge Company has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Level 2 Inspector. We are working around the clock to keep up with demand. We offer Great benefits, with 80 hours Vacation, and 48 Personal hours. Background with QC, visual inspection, calipers, micrometers is a huge plus!
Schedule: Thursday 7:00am – 1:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday 7:00am – 7:00pm
Salary: $21-$24/Hr (Includes the $1/Hr shift differential.)
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Checking parts and alerting production of defects.
Adhering to safety and environmental rules.
Reading and interpreting plant procedures, and work instructions.
Hand inspecting brass casings for dimensional tolerances, and defects.
Performing general housekeeping.
Measuring dimensions of work-in-process and finished goods.
Ensuring conformance to specifications.
Required Experience / Skills:
One year Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience.
No conviction record, PFA order against them, or anything else that would prevent them from passing the Pennsylvania Instant Check System.
Able to pass a background check & drug test.
High attention-to-detail; high conscientiousness.
