Main Responsibilities:

1.Intelligent Process Automation Development: Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automated solutions that meet business requirements using RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere) and AI-driven technologies (e.g. IQBot, NLP, ML models, Intelligent Document processing, GenAI, etc).

2.Work with the Bot Controller, Process Engineer and Business to design optimal process automation solutions using different automation technologies. The Senior Process Automation Developer is involved in solution design for complex intelligent process automation solutions, especially when tech like IQBot, OCR, ML, NLP, IDP, GenAI etc are involved.

3.ntegrating AI/GenAI models with RPA frameworks. Continuously research new technologies and innovate existing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

4.Institutionalize IQ Bots in the bank (Bots with AI capabilities)

5.Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide technical support (Level 3 support) for Bots and automation solutions in production, diagnosing and resolving complex errors, and improving overall system resilience.

6.Automation Governance: Adhere to the Bot development lifecycle, following governance and quality standards for RPA solutions, including performing solution design reviews and code reviews for Bots developed by fellow RPA Developers.

7.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with internal teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and optimize automation strategies. Liaise with external vendors like Automation Anywhere for upgrades and support. Work with all levels of staff, from Associates to EGMs.

8.R&D and Future Readiness: Research and develop new automation technologies, including advanced AI integrations, and contribute to evolving the RPA/AI framework for future scalability (Lifecycle, templates, governance and standards).

9.Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor & coach RPA developers and guide teams on best practices in RPA & IQBot development, AI integration, and technical problem-solving.

10.Support system and infrastructure maintenance and upgrades (Automation Anywhere A360 and IQBot upgrades etc).

11.Support annual Disaster Recovery (Bot DR, AA DR, VM DR) tests.

Required Qualifications:

IT or development qualification.

Must have a good understanding of Banking in general and be able to develop Excel macros

Knowledge and Skills:

Database and data management

IQBot development

MS Office experience – Advanced Excel skills

Python and Java/SQL Script experience

Analytical thinking

Good communication and requirements gathering skills

Problem solving skills

Attention to detail

Required Experience:

Banking experience (Ops/branches/Business)

5+ Years RPA Development experience (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath) – preferably Automation Anywhere A360

2 – 3 Years Development experience (any programming language)

Other AI tools like OCR, ML, NLP, etc is an advantage

1 – 2 SQL/Java script writing experience
