Asteelflash Plzeň s.r.o. is looking for Process Engineer (Procesní inženýr) – Automation Focus to join our team on-site in Plzeň – město. 🇨🇿
In the fast-paced world of Electronic Manufacturing Services, precision and efficiency are everything. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our shop-floor innovations, optimising workflows, and bringing next-generation automation technologies to our production lines.
🛠️ Your Mission on the Factory Floor:
• Automate & Innovate: Spearhead the implementation of new automation technologies and smart manufacturing solutions across our assembly lines.
• Process Optimisation: Analyse and refine PCBA workflows (from SMT to final assembly) to boost yield, reduce cycle times, and achieve operational excellence.
• Quality & Compliance: Supervise production activities to ensure our electronics meet the highest industry and quality assurance standards.
• Data-Driven Success: Design, implement, and monitor key performance metrics using advanced engineering software.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate daily with production, quality, and NPI teams to turn continuous improvement initiatives into reality.
🧩 What makes you the perfect fit?
• A solid educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for unpicking complex production bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and operational teams.
• Proficiency in both Czech and English.
• The Golden Ticket: Previous experience in EMS, PCBA, or high-tech electronics manufacturing is a massive plus!
