Position: In-Process Inspector
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our
quality assurance
team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, along with proficiency in various inspection tools and techniques.
Nature of
Duties
:
The individual will be responsible perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor
Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.
Make repairs on products at Sub Lams and Outer Layer products.
Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience
Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up.
Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
Experience with
IPC 600.
Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require.
