The Procurement Quality Control Supervisor is responsible to supervise vendor inspection activities relating to the nature of the facilities to be provided to client (e.g. civil / building projects, infrastructure, communication, etc.). The role is also responsible to ensure that all goods and services meet the specified quality standards including implementing proper inspection processes to maintain high quality procurement outcomes.
Inspect vendor, suppliers & manufacturer for purchase orders compliance with terms and conditions including product verification and service quality.
Technical review and organize purchase order(s) inspection packages and records of all processes, inspections and supplier performance.
Review & inspect sub-vendors quality procedures including developing and overseeing all inspection procedures to verify quality of product and service.
Scheduling and coordination of source inspection, including collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders to communicate quality expectations and resolve any issues.
Review requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with contract requirements as well as assessing and mitigating risks related to quality issues in all procurement processes.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance overall procurement quality.
Supervise and lead the team to achieve department objectives.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with regulations and industry standards.
Education
Professional Qualification in any related field
ARAMCO Approved Procurement – Quality Control Supervisor shall be given preference
