Your responsibilities:
– Responsible for the development, management, and improvement of the wall systems product portfolio, with a focus on blocks, as well as for defining and implementing product strategy and pricing policy.
– Collaboration with the production team on the development of new products and continuous quality improvement.
– Monitors market trends, competition, and customer needs, and participates in the development of new products and optimization of the existing assortment.
– Ensures compliance of products with local and international regulations and standards (CE marking, DoP, EPD, CPR, and other technical documentation), as well as continuous monitoring and implementation of legislation in the field of construction products.
– Manages the quality system, including factory production control (FPC), product testing, complaint analysis, and definition of corrective and preventive actions.
– Actively participates in the digital transformation of products through BIM, PrIMa, and other digital tools, as well as in the development of digital solutions supporting sales.
– Provides technical support to the sales team, collaborates with production, marketing, procurement, and logistics, and participates in projects and internal trainings.
– Coordinates cooperation with certification bodies, institutes, and external partners, prepares reports and analyses for management, and actively contributes to process improvement, innovation, and product development.
Your competencies:
-Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering
-min. 3 to 5 years of experience
-Experience with wall systems, materials, and applications is highly preferred
