Job Description
Inspect structural airplane parts to the blueprint and relevant specifications.
Desired Skills & Experience
Participate in the enhancements and continued development of Frazier Aviation.
Must have understanding of GD&T.
Able to inspect parts to the blueprint and if necessary, reject parts if non-conforming.
Complete First Article Inspections using Net-Inspect or AS9102 format.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (Sheet Metal, hydraulics, machine components and manufacturing)
Degree preferred but not required.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, loft, Catia and industry specifications or standards.
Working knowledge of quality standard AS9100 and Military Specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, lots of interaction.
Skilled in mechanical measurement techniques.
Prefer someone with high-precision manufacturing background or having diverse part manufacturing background.
Computer literate with all programs and very well organized.
Have an understanding and working knowledge of CMM, FARO Arms or Keyence .
