Product QA Analyst | Mexico Jobs in Mexico at GOOD TRAFFIC
Title: Product QA Analyst | Mexico
Company: GOOD TRAFFIC
Location: Mexico
Product QA Analyst Experience: 2–5 years Type: Full-Time
About Good Traffic Good Traffic is revolutionizing outdoor advertising by combining real-world reach with cutting-edge technology. We help brands launch hyper-targeted, high-impact campaigns through mobile outdoor units, powered by advanced geospatial data and real-time analytics. As we scale our AdTech platform, we're hiring a Product QA Analyst to own quality across our core product — from the first line of a user story to production release.
About the Role You'll work side by side with Product, Design, and Engineering to define what "done" really means. This isn't a checklist role — it's about owning acceptance criteria, spotting risks before they become bugs, and being the voice of the end user throughout the entire development cycle.
Our team and all documentation operate in English, so strong written and spoken English proficiency is a hard requirement.
What You'll Do
- Partner with PM to define acceptance criteria and edge cases before development begins
- Design test strategies for new features, integrations, and releases
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and kickoffs as a quality advocate
- Write clear, actionable bug reports and maintain QA documentation in English
- Own the go/no-go quality assessment for releases
- Identify systemic issues and help the team avoid them next time — not just log them
Must-Have Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in a QA or Product QA role within a software product company.
- Product mindset: Proven ability to write and evaluate user stories and acceptance criteria, not just execute test cases.
- Testing: Hands-on experience with functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing.
- Tools: Jira or similar issue tracker; TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tool; Postman for API testing.
- Agile: Solid understanding of scrum/agile and the full SDLC.
- Communication: English required (written/spoken). Clear async communication and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).
- Basic SQL to validate data integrity.
- Exposure to AdTech, payments, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams.
How We Work
- Quality is a shared responsibility — QA is involved from day one, not at the end of the cycle.
- Strong documentation and async communication culture.
- Bias for process improvement and continuous iteration.
- Remote-friendly with overlap to US time zones. You will be required to go to the office 1 week a month. Our offices are located in Interlomas.

- Test Strategy Session — You'll receive a real product scenario and walk us through your thinking: test strategy, acceptance criteria, edge cases
