Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to perform thorough inspections of newly manufactured and used equipment in O&G drilling, completions, and production applications.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of equipment.
Utilize micrometers, ball mics, MRP gages, and other precision measuring tools.
Ensure all products meet industry and customer standards and specifications.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection.
Proficiency in reading and using micrometers, ball mics, and MRP gages.
Experience in the inspection of equipment used in O&G drilling, completions, and production applications.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
