UBS is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Testing Coordinator to join our team in Australia. This role plays a key part in ensuring that financial products and systems are thoroughly tested before deployment, helping maintain the high standards UBS is known for globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute end-to-end product testing processes for new and existing financial platforms or tools
Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define test strategies and timelines
Document test plans, test cases, and test results in compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards
Monitor defect reporting and resolution to ensure timely product delivery
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in system integration testing when needed
Ensure testing documentation and reporting meet audit and compliance requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
Experience coordinating testing activities in a technology, financial, or product development environment
Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or equivalent
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Valid Australian work rights
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or banking industry
Familiarity with agile development environments
Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to financial product testing
Exposure to automation testing tools is a plus
