Position: Production Associate Lead Hand Role

As a Lead Hand Production Associate, you will oversee machine operations and product quality. Key responsibilities include packing lids and containers, conducting quality checks, and adhering to the Cube Management System (CMS). Your attention to detail will ensure defects are reported promptly, maintaining high standards in production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack manufactured lids and containers efficiently
• Inspect product quality for defects and inconsistencies
• Notify supervisor of quality issues and hazards
• Maintain accurate documentation of packed products
• Conduct Gemba walks and audits for compliance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and work in shifts
