Role Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing operations in our state-of-the-art facility located in Halol, Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day production schedules, overseeing the team’s performance, implementing safety measures, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Production Manager will also collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with international quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, operations management, and supervision of manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance protocols, regulatory compliance requirements (including US FDA and EU GMP), and process improvement techniques
- Expertise in handling pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, cleanroom environments, and inventory management
- Effective leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven, and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, preferably in a managerial role
- Proficiency in production management software and tools is a plus
