Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive efficiency, implement best practices, and support the transition into their new production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production team, reporting to the Production Manager.
Ensure full compliance with company Quality, GMP/Hygiene Systems, and BRC standards.
Maintain adherence to Ingredient Solutions’ hygiene, HACCP, and Halal policies.
Oversee the execution of the daily production plan.
Ensure production meets product specifications, packing requirements, customer needs, and SOPs.
Train and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators, updating SOP files where applicable.
Implement action plans following internal/external audits and customer complaints.
Act as Deputy to the Production Manager.
Minimize waste and assist with end-of-month stock counts.
Develop and implement stock control procedures.
Collaborate with Sales and Planning departments to optimize production and transport.
Conduct research to develop new and improved production processes.
