About Your New Job

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and optimizing day-to-day operations on our factory floor. You will oversee a skilled team to ensure targets are met while upholding the highest standards in efficiency, safety, and product quality.

In this role, you will:

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and production staff.

Monitor workflow and production KPIs, ensuring processes stay on track.

Lead quality control measures and safety compliance.

Manage materials, equipment, and resources to avoid disruptions.

Collaborate across departments to improve output and implement operational excellence.

You’ll have the authority to plan production activities and coach your team for top performance.

What Skills You Need

Proven experience in a supervisory or production control role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in production tracking and reporting systems.

A proactive approach to solving problems and boosting efficiency.

Bonus if you have: A degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing, and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
