Are you an organised and proactive Project Administrator looking to join a growing project delivery team?

We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of commercial construction and electrical projects across Queensland. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities and record actions and outcomes
  • Assist with project planning, workflows, timeframes and milestone tracking
  • Collate and process weekly timesheets
  • Prepare project documentation for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and resources
  • Track project costs and expenses
  • Monitor project progress and assist with issue resolution
  • Support quality assurance processes and project compliance requirements
  • Prepare project reports and assist with performance tracking
  • Act as a key point of contact for project participants
  • General administration and project support duties as required

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Previous experience within construction, electrical, engineering or project-based environments highly regarded
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
