- 4+ years of experience using JIRA for defect tracking and Agile project management.
- 4+ years of experience using Xray for test case management and execution.
- Experience with both Manual and Automated Testing methodologies.

Job Responsibilities
The Software Tester / QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on automation experience, and experience working in Agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution using JIRA.
- Manage test cases, test executions, and traceability using Xray.
- Collaborate with developers, QA Leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Execute regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
- Maintain test documentation, test plans, and test coverage reports.
- Support automation initiatives by creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing before production releases.
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with modern automation frameworks and testing tools.
- Experience testing web-based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD testing practices is a plus.
