Location: Onsite as required in Ontario, Canada

Compensation : $40–$50 per hour

Contract Term: 250 business days (with potential extension for unused days)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a digital health initiative involving system consolidation and integration. The resource will play a key role in coordinating client onboarding, user registration, and operational support, ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables within defined timelines. This is a hybrid assignment requiring onsite presence as per management discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Process Implementation

  • Support implementation of business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation, operational workflows, and user guides.

Operations Support

  • Coordinate operational activities including client integration, support requests, incidents, and escalations.
  • Execute Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
  • Support communication and engagement plans for ongoing initiatives.

Project Support

  • Provide project coordination for product integration initiatives.
  • Assist with Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution and other integration activities.

Knowledge Transfer

  • Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, including sharing documentation, walkthroughs, and demos before engagement completion.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments.
  • Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret, maintain, and update technical/process documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask while meeting SLA timelines.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within the digital health ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
