As our team expanding, we are seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project phases are executed effectively and efficiently.

Legal and/or Corporate Development Expertise: Leverage on your legal or Corporate Development background to provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope Definition: Work closely with all stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and key developments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Top Management, external partners as well as internal legal, finance and operational teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in project execution.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to allocated funds. Provide timely updates to the finance department.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and progress reports. Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and workflows, contributing to the overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Shipping, or a related field.

Proven experience in a diverse office or corporate environment, preferably in either a project coordinating/managing role and /or in the maritime industry.

Understanding of legal principles, contract law and how to apply in a Corporate Development context, including for M&A and related strategic initiatives.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

Excellent command of English language.
