Job Description / Responsibility
- Review various types of drawings, including Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, and Perspective, to identify discrepancies and deviations, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Oversee corrective measures to maintain construction in accordance with design specifications and schedules.
- Develop and implement plans for the efficient execution of construction activities, monitoring progress and supervising daily operations to uphold quality standards.
- Accurately estimate construction material quantities based on drawings and designs. Facilitate procurement by raising requisitions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials for quality assurance prior to usage, minimizing wastage and ensuring workmanship standards are met across all project tasks.
- Review and certify contractor/sub-contractor bills reflecting actual work completed, facilitating transparent financial transactions.
- Coordinate with contractors to adhere to project timelines, providing necessary guidance and instructions as needed.
- Prepare monthly progress reports outlining work achievements and monitor daily project advancements.
- Prioritize safety protocols and enforce security measures to safeguard construction sites and personnel.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by management to support project objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil
- Skills Required: Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Energetic and self-motivated, Performing job independently
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
