PT Quality Assurance Associate Jobs in Anderson, SC at Food Lion
Multiple Construction Inspectors/CMT Field Technician positions available in the Wellington, FL area.
The positions are responsible for QA/QC field observation oversight and inspection of construction activities, daily observation to confirm conformance with Plans and Specs, observation, reporting and sampling, density testing and testing of construction materials including soils, aggregates and concrete, along with field inspection of miscellaneous construction activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Observe Site Conditions and perform Construction Materials Testing including soil density testing and concrete testing in accordance with Specifications.
Record field Construction activities
Following work and testing procedures using equipment and tools.
Complete daily summary reports for external clients and internal use.
Enter test results data into computer system per the process.
Explain testing results and reports as needed internally and externally.
Following safety protocols.
Requirements – High school diploma / GED and 2 to 5+ years experience in Public and Private QA/QC material testing and inspection services. SFWMD, USACE and FDOT experience and certifications a plus.
Pay rate is commensurate with experience and certifications held
ACI, FDOT and CTQP Certifications in earthworks and concrete, as appropriate.
Quality Control and Assurance (QC / QA) experience working on construction sites.
Flexibility: will work outdoors as a Field Inspector/Technician at job site, ability to work some weekends and extended hours for overtime pay, if required
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Some travel will be required to work at remote sites in Florida
Excellent driving record within company standards
Must pass company background checks – drug screen and driving record
Local candidates preferred, but relocation will be considered for the right candidate
