Job Description
â–º Be channel with customer about quality issue and any quality relate request.
â–º Respond for customer complain handling, NG return / replacement, prepare customer 8D report submit to customer within due date.
â–º Lead meeting with internal team about customer quality issue, summarize MoM and follow up until complete all action.
â–º Analyze any quality issue by proper QC tool to find out root cause and action taken. Implement effective action
â–º Respond for customer visit / audit regarding quality issue, QMS and new product qualification.
â–º Meeting with customer both on-site and on-line in English or Thai language.
â–º Respond for internal quality control and OQA, create internal specification from customer drawing and customer requirement.
â–º Respond for PPAP or FA package for new product, cooperate with internal team to complete and submit to customer within due date.
â–º Final authorize to confirm NPI product quality and release shipment.
â–º Respond for nonconforming material, WIP, FG and FG return from customer
â–º Support internal audit activity to achieve ISO standard (ISO90001 / ISO13485).
â–º Control and minimize quality lost cost.
