Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Ensure all production processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Accurately document inspection results and findings and maintain detailed records for traceability and reporting purposes.
Quickly identify and report any defects or deviations from the quality standards, and work with the production team to address these issues.
Work closely with production staff, quality control teams, and supervisors to communicate quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.
Participate in internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality control procedures and standards.
Assist in training new employees and production staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
