A leading enterprise healthcare client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic and growing team. This organisation is undertaking a significant migration project, moving from Avaya to AWS Connect phone software, impacting a large and agile QA team.
The Role
- Develop and execute test cases for AWS Connect phone software migration
- Perform automation testing, including scripting and analysis of bugs
- Conduct data mapping and estimate work effort for IVR requirements
- Identify IVR conditions for test data requests and prepare smoke testing data
- Validate test data using tools like Postman/Soap UI
- Document defects and test execution in Jira, Confluence, and Qtest/Quality Center
What You’ll Need
- Experience with both Avaya and AWS Connect systems
- Strong understanding of IVR systems and call center workflows
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases
- Experience with automation testing and bug analysis
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira
- Bachelor’s degree
