Description:
As a QA Engineer at LotusFlare, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our products through a combination of manual and automated testing. You’ll play a key role in shaping and promoting best practices across QA processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.
Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing strategies
Design, write, and execute test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
Conduct manual testing and post-release validations
Develop and execute automated test scripts
Contribute to QA documentation and test coverage reports
Promote quality assurance best practices within the team
Participate in continuous improvement of QA tools and frameworks
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in QA, including automation testing
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAPUI)
Familiarity with project and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Understanding of performance testing and test frameworks
Experience with telecom/communications platforms is a plus
Solid grasp of SDLC and QA methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
