Ensuring production processes operate in accordance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Developing and implementing quality standards, testing products or software, documenting processes
Monitoring implemented quality and process standard.
Ensure dan Managing RCA system to related function.
Responsibilities
- Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
- Develop and implement quality standards based on internal specifications, customer needs, and legal requirements.
- Ensure site SOP/WI are up to date.
- Product and material performance testing and inspection owner (Conduct various types of testing, including regression testing, performance testing, and exploratory testing. Evaluate products and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements).
- Ensure quality escalation matrix & RCA implementation.
- Perform project improvement / cost saving initiative activities.
Qualification And/or Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/ Chemical).
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, SNI and related product standards.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
Preferred Qualification And/or Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous process and/or product development.
- Experience QA function.
- Have certification in Statistical Process Control.
