We are looking for an AI QC to join our growing business in Ho Chi Minh office. Reporting directly to the Test Lead, this role offers an excellent opportunity to support the business and to enhance its testing capabilities. The duties will consist of Manual/Automated Testing, which will be utilised to support and enhance our testing. As part of this role, the QC will work closely with a variety of different stakeholders, across the business, for project.
The QC is responsible for developing Test Scripts and Test Data for applications to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of Scout an AI-powered agent for sales teams by systematically validating data consolidation, conversational accuracy, meeting preparation outputs, and strategic insights within Microsoft Teams.
Main Duties of Job:
· Assist Test Lead reviewing and supporting documentation to be produced by the testing team, including; Test Quality Matrix, Test Entry/Exit criteria, daily reporting, and test completion reports
· Working with UK Team, perform SIT, FAT for Project Team
· Functional Testing
o Validate chat-based AI interactions and structured account insights for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
o Test data consolidation from ZoomInfo, Sales Hub (CRM), and public web sources via the Knowledge Graph.
o Assess meeting preparation outputs, including summaries, stakeholder profiles, signals, and talking points.
o Verify role play simulations for stakeholder conversations.
· Source Priority & Conflict Logic
o Check that conflict resolution rules are applied correctly (priority, recency, confidence thresholds).
o Ensure outputs include a transparent conflict resolution log as per EU AI Act compliance.
· Compliance and Auditability
o Verify Scout's transparency, human oversight, and accuracy requirements.
o Confirm logging and source attribution in accordance with EU AI Act and group policy.
· Adapter & Scalability Testing
o Test data adapters for authentication, field mapping, normalization, and error handling.
o Validate integration across different markets and data sources.
· Bug Reporting & Iteration
o Document test results, defects, and improvement recommendations.
o Collaborate with developers, architects, and project stakeholders to support agile delivery.
· Analysis and interpretation of Business Requirements
· Review and accept project plans at project commencement and specify the milestones and estimated hours for test case writing and testing
· Demonstrate the ability to design efficient test cases and analyse and provide reporting on the test results
· To provide testing progress reports and ensure any potential issues are raised
· To ensure project deadlines are met through proactive management of testing tasks
· Participate in defect review and project related meetings
· Have a proactive and good work relationship with other members of the project team
· Provide input into daily scrum, planning, estimation and retrospective sessions
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
· 2–4 years’ experience in software or AI testing (manual and automated).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Azure AI/Cloud stack, CRM platforms (Sales Hub, Salesforce), and public data sources.
· Experience with testing conversational interfaces, data pipelines, or AI-powered applications.
· Understanding of AI conflict resolution, data governance, and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act).
· Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving project scope.
· Experience of SIT/FAT/coordination
· In depth knowledge of the testing lifecycle
· Agile Methodology experience
· Good stakeholder management
· Excellent customer management skills
· Commitment to deliver quality applications and products
· Knowledge of testing in multiple platforms/browsers/devices
· Ability to help/perform root cause analysis
· Strong QA and test industry knowledge of standards and methodologies
· Understanding of release and project management
· Working in an onshore/offshore environment
