Job Responsibilities
Lead the QA function for utility activations, ensuring processes meet internal KPIs and client expectations.
Monitor daily activations andinitiatecorrective actions.
Collaborate with various teams including operations (billing and customer service) and third-party utility providers to troubleshoot issues and streamline activations process.
Develop and audit process for activation workflows and report feedback to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role; prior experience in utility services is a plus.
Proven ability to oversee, audit, and improve quality processes related to service activations.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuringaccurateandtimelyservice delivery across multiple markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party utility providers.
Track recordof implementing process improvements and applying QA best practices to drive efficiency and service quality.
