Reality Based Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator.
This is a full-time, remote, and teamwork and engagement-oriented position. You can expect to travel monthly. The person in this position must be an expert on our client’s guidelines and play a large role in quality assurance, video content review, and entry-level project management. Our QA Admin role is the perfect chance to learn about the company from top to bottom as well as grow within Reality Based Group in an impactful, data-driven team environment. What will you do?
Review and verify incoming video quality using the client guidelines
Provide feedback/coaching for video scouts
Travel to different states to conduct undercover evaluations for our clients
Fill out reports after conducting the undercover evaluations
Miscellaneous tasks assigned through Salesforce
Assist with developing supporting training material and systems
Requirements:
Proficient in using Google Suite, including sheets, calendars and slides
Excellent written and verbal communication over email/phone
Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
Availability to work some weekends
Stable internet connection
Some experience with photo, video or editing preferred but not required.
Available to start immediately
Compensation and Benefits:
$17.00/hour
This is a full-time hourly job, working remotely at home, except when traveling
