Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Engineer, located in Kolwezi. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality control across all processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, and performing quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards. Additionally, the role includes developing and managing quality management systems and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control, ensuring products and processes meet specified standards and requirements
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and developing protocols and procedures to improve product and service reliability
- Skills in Quality Auditing to evaluate and improve compliance with internal and external standards
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems and practices to ensure operational excellence
- Competence in Inspection processes to verify product and service quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field
- Prior experience in the mining or manufacturing sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment
