Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Quality Control Inspector. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and compliance within our food products, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence in the food industry.
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor CGMP practices to ensure product quality and safety.
Conduct quality inspections and audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
Utilize vision inspection systems to evaluate product integrity during production.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
Ensure adherence to USDA regulations and ISO standards throughout the production process.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of CGMP, USDA regulations, and ISO standards.
Experience with vision inspection systems is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in quality inspections.
Ability to conduct thorough quality audits effectively.
Familiarity with using micrometers for precision measurements is a plus.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
