We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient QA/QC Specialist to support the implementation of quality assurance and control procedures across our high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site inspections, quality documentation, and construction compliance within high-rise or hotel-type buildings. This role is critical in maintaining construction quality and supporting the successful delivery of projects in line with design, specification, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of the QA/QC program on-site in alignment with the company’s quality objectives.

Conduct daily inspections for structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on high-rise and hospitality sites.

Monitor contractors’ compliance with approved drawings, materials, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).

Identify and report non-conformances; assist in developing and tracking corrective and preventive actions.

Verify material submittals, inspection requests, test reports, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Support the QA/QC Manager in conducting quality audits and surveillance checks.

Maintain and organize QA/QC records, inspection logs, snagging reports, and handover documentation.

Participate in site meetings and provide input on quality improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

5–8 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably with high-rise or hospitality projects.

Working knowledge of building codes, standards (ISO, ASTM, BS), and local regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with construction inspection processes, quality documentation, and material verification.

Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with QA/QC reporting tools or platforms.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Certifications:

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent quality certification.

Basic knowledge of HSE procedures (e.g., NEBOSH or OSHA) is a plus.
