In order to continue to successfully support our clients, we are currently looking for a QA Specialist to support the development and lifecycle management of a strategic product portfolio, ensuring that product and process changes meet all applicable quality and regulatory requirements, covering raw material, in-process, and finished product.
Your responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Quality Assurance operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QC, MSAT, and others) to manage and execute Quality System-related projects within defined timelines
- Review batch records and manufacturing documentation covering raw material, in-process, and finished product to ensure compliance with GMP requirements
- Participate in shopfloor QA activities and provide operational quality oversight to production teams
- Support deviation management, investigations, CAPAs, and change control activities across raw material, in-process, and finished product
- Draft, review, and finalize procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with internal quality standards and regulatory expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support inspection readiness activities
- Promote quality culture and compliance throughout manufacturing operations
Your profile
- Master’s degree in sciences or engineering or equivalent in experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Significant work experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Ability to interact with several stakeholders and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; German as an advantage
