Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with standards such as BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, and FSMA.
Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with quality procedures, SOPs, and food safety requirements across departments.
Supervise quality and food safety activities within the factory and coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues.
Lead external audits from certification bodies and customers, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities.
Review and update food safety regulations and technical requirements related to customer, EU, and FDA standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the food industry; supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of food safety and quality management systems such as BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, and FSMA.
Experience in internal/external audits, customer complaint handling, and CAPA implementation.
Good command of English communication and ability to understand technical documents and food regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Pest Control is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
