Description:
This position works with the Micro Quality Control (Q/C) & Biology department to perform testing activities with accuracy and precision while minimizing workloads. Provides support for the team through the preparation of media and cleaning of the lab area(s). In addition, this position must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Clene Nanomedicine, Inc. guidelines.

Requirements:
This position will be required to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP’s), and internal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform testing activities.
Review and update work schedules to effectively maintain the testing schedule in coordination with management.
Review testing results to ensure accuracy on reports.
Plan usage of laboratory materials to ensure optimal testing levels.
Work with management to address issues regarding testing, product quality, and production.
Gather, process, analyze, and share research and product test data.
Assist in the acquisition and/or production, if necessary, of research related materials.
Participate in research and/or microbiology testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
BS/BA degree in microbiology/biology or related field preferred.
Related experience preferred.
Knowledge of USP guidance for testing procedures and FDA regulations for quality assurance related to test results.
Experience with MS Office.
Exceptional analytical skill set and attention to detail.
Work is normally performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
