Artisans is looking for a highly detail-oriented QA Tester to help us test and improve the digital products we build.
We are looking for someone who is curious, systematic, and capable of testing digital products quickly and thoroughly.
We don’t want someone who simply clicks through a feature and says, “It works.”
We want someone who naturally asks:
- What could go wrong?
- What happens with incorrect or unexpected input?
- What happens outside the normal user journey?
- Does this actually match the requirement?
- What happens on another device or browser?
- Did this change break something else?
- Is this actually ready for a real user?
What You’ll Do
- Test websites, web applications, dashboards, mobile apps, APIs, and other digital products.
- Understand requirements and turn them into practical test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, edge cases, missing validations, and usability issues.
- Write clear and reproducible bug reports with appropriate evidence.
- Retest fixes and verify that changes do not break existing functionality.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project teams.
- Help improve test cases, QA checklists, release processes, and product-quality standards.
- Test quickly when needed without sacrificing attention to detail.

- Is comfortable challenging something that does not appear ready.
- Takes ownership of quality rather than simply following a checklist.
Previous professional QA experience is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Strong Advantages
Experience with any of the following is valuable:
Postman, API testing, browser developer tools, SQL, Jira, ClickUp, Swagger/OpenAPI, regression testing, mobile testing, test cases, Git/GitHub, automated testing tools, or similar technologies.
Location
Benghazi is preferred.
However, candidates from Tripoli and other locations are welcome to apply, and remote arrangements may be considered for strong candidates.
