Key Requirements
✔ Experience testing Retail Systems (essential)
✔ Pharmacy industry experience will be highly advantageous
✔ Some financial or accounting systems knowledge
✔ Experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
As our QA Tester, you will:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, prioritise, and track software defects.
- Verify defect fixes and support software releases.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Recommend improvements to QA processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and quality standards. These responsibilities align with the QA performance framework provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience testing enterprise software within the Retail environment.
- Exposure to Pharmacy systems is a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of financial transactions, POS systems, stock management, or accounting processes.
- Experience using test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
