🎯 About the Role
We are seeking a detail-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers and product teams to design tests, identify issues, and support reliable software releases.

💼 Key Responsibilities🧪 Manual Testing & QA Execution
✔️ Design and execute structured test cases
- Create test plans based on requirements and specifications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Validate bug fixes and system behavior
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
🤖 Test Automation Development
✔️ Develop and maintain automation frameworks
- Build automated test scripts using QA tools/frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results
- Improve test coverage and efficiency
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks
🐞 Defect Tracking & Reporting
✔️ Manage bugs and testing documentation
- Log and track defects using tools like Jira or similar
- Provide clear reproduction steps and test evidence
- Maintain updated test results and QA documentation
- Monitor defect lifecycle and resolution progress
- Generate QA reports and testing summaries
🤝 Agile Collaboration
✔️ Work with cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams
- Provide feedback on requirements and system usability
- Support release and deployment validation

💡 Requirements

- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is an advantage
- Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Fresh graduates with QA/testing projects are encouraged to apply
