Job Description
iPlus Solution is recruiting QA testers to join our client engagement based in Fukuoka or Kumamoto. You will own functional testing, regression coverage, and defect tracking for production systems, working closely with development teams to ship reliable software.

Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of QA experience including test case design and defect management
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, or equivalent)
- Exposure to test automation frameworks is a plus
Language
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications
Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases against client systems
- Identify, document, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and prevent regressions
- Maintain test documentation, test data sets, and test automation suites where applicable
- Contribute to release readiness reviews and quality reporting
