City Wide Facility Solutions – Huntsville
City Wide Facility Solutions Huntsville is growing, and we’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Quality Control Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee janitorial contractors nightly, ensuring that our clients’ facilities are serviced according to both City Wide standards and client expectations.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with shifts typically running from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. You’ll spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, visiting client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with all service providers
· Conduct nightly facility inspections following a set route
· Communicate inspection results, complaints, and facility needs to service providers
· Train and coach new service providers on procedures and equipment usage
· Recommend service providers for account assignments to the Facility Services Manager and Director of Operations
· Maintain inventory and service records for assigned buildings
Requirements
· Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Prior management experience preferred
· At least 6 months of related experience or training
· Working knowledge of basic business math
· Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents
· Ability to write basic reports and correspondence
· Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance required
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: $20.00 per hour, plus monthly retention bonus
· $600/month car allowance
